Transcription happens on your device. Only the transcribed text is sent off-device, to classify it into a task or an idea. Your transcriptions are never stored on our servers; the classified result is kept there for up to 30 days after the last delivery attempt, only so delivery can be retried safely.
Check Settings → your chosen task manager is still selected and permissions are granted. If a Things delivery email hasn't arrived, check spam — it's sent from noreply@bannikov.app.
MindTransit includes a free trial period. After it ends, a subscription is required to keep classifying and delivering thoughts.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. MindTransit doesn't keep a server-side history of your thoughts: our server keeps classified results for up to 30 days only to retry delivery, and deletes them automatically.
